The candidate will be responsible for IT related projects and assisting with helpdesk support; dealing with escalations from 1st and 2nd line, and acting as a mentor for more Junior engineers. Requirements: Great understanding of Windows 10/11 and Windows Servers 2016-2022 Active Directory management deployment Experience with firewalls management Networking- DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN Virtual machine experience- Hyper-V/VMWare/Citrix management maintenance Office 365 administration Dealing with escalations from 1st/2nd line support Involved with project based work- implementation migration This position may also require potential visits to other client sites including Peterborough and Cardiff so a driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
