Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales processes, with experience in using software tools such as Salesforce. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, enabling effective outreach to a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
2. Utilise Salesforce and other software tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and maintain accurate records.
3. Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and follow-up.
5. Research and identify new market opportunities to expand the client base.
6. Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the company during outreach efforts.
Skills
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a lead generation or telemarketing role.
2. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
3. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and achieving targets.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
