Bókun empowers these operators to streamline their backend operations and connect with an extensive network of online travel websites, facilitating the growth of their businesses.
The company is seeking a Customer/Community Marketer to join their marketing team. The ideal candidate will focus on building and nurturing a vibrant community around the Bókun brand, both online and offline, to drive customer success, engagement, and referrals.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to build and grow a thriving community of users and advocates.
2. Foster relationships with customers, gathering insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Assist in the release and promotion of new product updates and roll-outs.
4. Organise and host community events, both virtual and in-person, to facilitate networking and knowledge-sharing among users.
5. Collaborate with partners to create and execute webinars, workshops, and other community-building activities.
6. Actively identify and lead new initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
7. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to integrate community initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.
8. Collaborate with the greater Tripadvisor group to leverage synergies and promote the brand within the larger travel community.
9. Demonstrates a passion for building and fostering communities.
10. Understands how community engagement positively impacts customer satisfaction and business goals.
11. Keeps abreast of the latest trends in community marketing and customer engagement.
12. Has at least 2 years of hands-on experience in community marketing or a related role, with a track record of successful community-building initiatives.
13. Can effectively prioritize tasks and adjust strategies based on community feedback and needs.
14. Proactively identifies challenges, improves processes, and challenges the status quo.
15. Has a keen interest in travel and technology.
