If you are looking for a role within a global organisation, where customer focus is at the heart of what we do, a team that work hard and pull together our team are looking for you Our Shift Managers, play a key role in the management of activities such packing, shipping, receiving, order fulfilment, stock handling, storing, distribution and the inventory. Whilst supporting, coaching, managing and developing our Supervisors and Production Operatives. Previous experience in working within a Distribution or Warehouse facility is essential along with being a people person and managing a team (large or small). Key in this role is the ability to build relationships and engaging with the team to ensure the best working environment whilst having fun along the way. We work to provide a high quality, cost effective, and efficient service to meet current and future demands of our customers within the electronics industry. Our new team member will be able to learn quickly, our facility is new and with this comes teething problems, ad hoc queries regarding process and the system, so you need to be open to a challenge and supporting team members, whilst also part of the process of on-boarding new employees and managing the day to day employee relations activities within your area.
