My customer is a leading PaaS organization that operates globally. They are highly recognized in the tech space. We have a great opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join the team.
What you get to do in this role:
1. Ownership of all incidents and requests, including interactions with other resolver groups.
2. Troubleshooting any software, hardware, network, phone, print, or telecommunication issues that may arise for in-office and all remote staff.
3. Handling onboarding related tasks, including equipment provisioning, account provisioning, and new hire education.
4. Assist in continuing technical education for users.
5. Enforcement of IT policies (security, email, accounts, passwords, compliance, etc).
6. Writing and updating IT documentation and media content.
7. Assist in long-term IT projects as necessary.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
1. Experience providing desktop support for Apple OS X and Macintosh computers.
2. Experience providing desktop support for Windows.
3. Experience with handling a variety of mobile devices in a BYOD environment.
4. Experience managing and configuring common office equipment.
