Job Opportunity: Aftersales Manager
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an aspiring Workshop Controller, Service Manager, or an existing Aftersales Manager.
We are supporting the recruitment of an AFTERSALES MANAGER to lead the team at a busy franchised dealer in Newton Abbot, a top performer nationally for the brand.
Representing a high-quality brand, one of the UK’s best sellers, with a great reputation, this position offers significant potential for a skilled Aftersales professional.
You will be leading a team of 11 Technicians, along with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and Administration staff to deliver business objectives, uphold brand commitments, and ensure customer service excellence.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing the Aftersales team to meet all customer service targets and deliver the brand experience.
2. Ensuring effective collaboration with Sales and Administration teams, and across other dealerships if necessary, to provide excellent customer service.
3. Overseeing the daily operations of the Service Department, including resource management to achieve franchise targets.
4. Planning proactively to maximize efficiency, productivity, and throughput volume.
5. Achieving departmental budgets through innovative management and strong financial awareness.
