Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven ability to cultivate strong client relationships, retain accounts, and grow them from $1M to $10M.
* Experience managing complex sales cycles and consulting engagements.
* Comfortable handling large deal sizes and achieving ambitious expansion targets. Experience with high-value accounts (e.g., $3M–$5M across 10–20 accounts).
* Track record of delivering high retention rates (e.g., 90%+).
* Demonstrates business acumen and leadership skills with several years of experience in senior account management or similar roles.

As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and retention. You'll work with enterprise-level accounts, growing them from $1M to $10M while ensuring high retention rates and expansion opportunities. This role combines consultative selling, strategic relationship management, and a customer-centric approach, requiring you to think creatively and deliver solutions that resonate with each client's unique challenges.
