Our client based in Godmanchester near Huntingdon is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the finance team.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, the duties will include but not be limited to;
* Running the purchase ledger
* Maintaining the fixed asset register
* Sales order processing
* Daily banking
* General ad-hoc bookkeeping duties
As well as supporting within the finance team, it is also required to work closely with the purchasing team to ensure all transactions and processes run smoothly, within a timely manner.
Someone with an AAT qualification would be preferred, or with experience working within the R&D industry. Although not essential, experience of using SUN accounts would also be beneficial.
