About the role As a regional teacher you will be based for extended periods of time (1 term – 1 Academic Year) at one of our 8 Teesside Schools throughout the academic year, with the possibility of moving across schools in following terms/years, or work across multiple sites on an ongoing basis throughout the academic year. Working with the departments of the schools you are based in, you will focus on supporting the department through providing a high-quality teaching experience to students, ensuring high standards through effective teaching and learning, including preparation, evaluation and action planning. You will become an integral part of the department you join, allowing you to experience working with various department teams as well as work in a cross-curricular way to support subject across the academy. What we are looking for As this role may require an individual to work across multiple academic teams throughout the academic year, we are looking for an individual that has the ability to hit the ground running, both in terms of relationship building with staff and students, as well as their ability to provide an affective teaching and learning experience.
