We are looking for a People Development Coordinator to join us and play a crucial role in our People Development team. Working in our dedicated People Development team and reporting into our Senior People Development Partner, you will be a key part of an internal service responsible for development, improvement & delivery of professional training programmes for our people. You will carry out a hands-on role coordinating the delivery of people development programmes, contributing to the overall delivery of Gleeds people strategy by enhancing knowledge, skills and engagement. You will communicate and engage with stakeholders and business unit leads across the UK and globally, supporting internal teams and external agencies to coordinate training programmes for Gleeds employees. You will need experience working in a People or Human Resources team, ideally with prior exposure to L&D functions along with knowledge of L&D theory and the learning cycle.
Responsibilities
1. Supporting the People Development Team to deliver the people development strategy
2. Coordinating the end-to-end organisation of training events e.g., scheduling, ongoing communication with delegates, attendance and evaluations
3. General People Development Team administration e.g., managing training records, responding to training and apprenticeship queries, LMS administration, processing invoices
4. Preparing information and statistics for reports
5. Managing the People Development Team communication plan
6. Supporting the maintenance of the People Development intranet pages
7. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
8. Being a contributing member on project teams to support delivery of People Development Team and People Team projects
9. Creation and development of People Development Team resources to support development programmes and initiatives
10. Supporting, monitoring and continually improving the systems and processes associated with coordination and administration of People Development activities

About You
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
1. Experience working in a HR or Learning and Development Environment
2. Strong IT Skills
3. Ability to manage a varied workload and keep to deadlines
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team both virtually and face-to-face
5. Experience in managing and/or using an LMS system
6. Communication skills to work consultatively and effectively with various stakeholders
7. Solution-oriented problem-solving

11. Results oriented
Qualifications:
1. Preferably A2 Level or equivalent
2. CIPD level 3 qualification preferable
