We have an exciting new opportunity for a Key Account Manager based from home with travel across the UK!
As a Key Account Manager, your role will be to nurture, manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of allocated clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service while realizing the full benefits of our service provisions. You will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with your allocated clients and working closely with your Account Managers and Operations Teams across the UK. Responding in a timely manner to all enquiries, including RFQs, maximizing and identifying each growth opportunity, and achieving growth targets across your portfolio.

Minimum Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar field
* Knowledge of the calibration market would be an advantage
* Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills with verbal, written persuasion and presentation skills, and be detail-oriented
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential
* Previous experience of working with a CRM platform would be an advantage
* Proven excellence in negotiation skills
* Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Full Driving license
