About The Role
Lloyds Clinical are seeking a dynamic Education and Training Lead Nurse to support the delivery of clinical excellence. In this role, you will help shape the future of clinical homecare, guiding the delivery of evidence-based best practices, lead quality improvements and drive commercial opportunities.
As an expert in education and training, you will scope, implement and evaluate provision providing a clear strategy and vision. You will lead and develop a team, playing a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our homecare services.

About You
You will be an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN, holding an MSc or PgC in Education for Healthcare Professionals or equivalent and demonstrate management experience overseeing 5 or more direct reports. You will have the ability to plan and develop education possessing exceptional clinical education experience, with management experience. A proven track record of converting evidence-based educational and training concepts into successful delivery and the ability to implement changes and improvements across clinical teams is essential.
You will also have a sound understanding of business development. Adaptability, flexibility, and the maintenance of clinical skills in line with business requirements will be crucial, along with a full UK driving licence to travel as required.
