The purpose of the role:
As a member of our Bar team, you will be expected to deliver first class service to our customers, serving food & drinks and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations. Some of the things you will be doing include:
1. Preparing and serving high quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
2. Taking orders and processing payments.
3. Engaging with customers to enhance their experience and advising of current promotions.
4. Monitoring and replenishing stock as needed.
5. Serving food & snacks, interacting enthusiastically with customers.
6. Reporting any weakness or breach that you identify within the Company’s information systems or services (even if only suspected).
7. Co-operating with management to enable compliance with health and safety and safeguarding accountabilities.

4. Able to work well in a team and in a fast paced, high-volume setting.
