Property Assistant, up to £25,000pa, Cardiff
Overview: Our Client is seeking a Property Assistant to join their experienced property management team. This role is ideal for individuals new to the industry or with limited experience, as it involves working closely with senior managers to support the day-to-day management of leasehold portfolios. This position offers a great entry point into the property management sector, with a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer and client enquiries
* Liaise with residents, directors, and freeholders
* Coordinate with approved contractors to arrange repairs and access, keeping residents updated on progress
* Support the Property Manager in conducting site visits
* Assist in arranging maintenance works
* Perform general office administration tasks
Skills and Qualifications:
* Preferred experience in property, specifically block and estate management
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing workloads
* Proven administration experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
* Ability to work as part of a team and self-motivate for individual tasks
* Professional demeanor with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
