Client Insights Executive - 6 months Key Responsibilities for this role: This role is essential to ensuring the voice of the customer and adviser is heard and actioned upon amongst key stakeholders. Key responsibilities are supporting the design, execution and management of customer insights projects to support definition of customer and client needs and to drive business growth. The requirements is for a team player who has an ability to influence and use insights to drive strategy amongst key stakeholders. The role holder must demonstrate good capabilities in using research tools and techniques to solve business problems.
