Roleis full time and permanent. Working 45 hours a week Monday toFriday and Saturday s on a rota basis (1 in4).

JobPurpose:
To drive thestandard in customer care. To provide technical advice and carryout commercial vehicle inspections to provide a diagnosismaintenance and repair work in accordance with our client sapproved technical procedures in order to keep commercial vehiclesin optimum working condition. To maintain the highest standards ofsafety and to meet all legislative and corporate standards. You lldemonstrate our clients Purpose Principles and Ambition (PPA) inall dealings with colleagues customer andprospects.
KeyResponsibilities andAccountabilities:
* Deliverthe highest possible levels of technical advice service andmaintenance to all our clients customers on Ford and other brandcommercialvehicles.
* Workwithin the relevant protocols as dictated by legislation thecompany the manufacturer and relevant suppliers at alltimes.
* AssistSenior and Master Technicians and undertake learning anddevelopment asprescribed.
* Maintaincomprehensive records in an appropriate and timely fashion andensure colleagues do thesame.
* Createand maintain a supportive culture for all colleagues in line withour clientsPPA.
* Committo ongoing learning anddevelopment.
* Deliverall services in the most resourceeffective mannerpossible.
Requirements
EssentialSkills andExperience:
* Fullyqualified City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 or NVQ Level 2 or 3qualification orequivalent
* Demonstrateability to manage processes administration andpaperwork.
* Haveprevious Commercial Automotive Technician experience. Ideally youwill also have an MOT Testing qualification and some maindealershipexperience
* Demonstrateability to support coach and counsel and develop colleagues andjunior team members and to deliver high standards of technicaladvice service and maintenance to allcustomers.
* Fulldriving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9penaltypoints.
* Evidenceof Right to work in the UK
