Forrest Recruitment LTD are exclusively working with a well-established construction company based in Warrington who are seeking to recruit a Receptionist who can be based front of house and also assist the Customer Care department.
Working hours are 8am-5pm (can be flexible with start time).
Responsibilities:
1. Meeting and greeting visitors, answering all incoming calls to the business, offering refreshments.
2. Monitoring the customer care email inbox, logging all incoming jobs.
3. Liaising with customers, keeping accurate records of customer care issues.
4. Booking in inspections/maintenance work with site engineers.
5. Monitoring attendance records.
6. Booking meeting rooms.
7. Ordering office supplies.
8. Postal duties.
Skills Required:
1. Confident in using Microsoft Packages.
2. Professional and confident telephone manner.
3. Previous experience within Reception/Administration is desirable, not essential.
4. Ability to multitask.
