Manufacturing/Production Operative We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing/Production Operative to join our team at a leading tissue manufacturer in Royton, Oldham. With over two decades of expertise in the UK market, we are committed to delivering high-quality tissue products that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Role Overview In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring the smooth running of the production line, and packaging and palletising finished products. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing/production operative role and a strong understanding of the production process. Location and Shifts The role is based in Royton, Oldham, and the shift patterns are rotating, Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday depending on shift. You must be flexible to work all shifts, including 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 22:00-06:00. Remuneration We offer competitive pay rates of £11.44 to £12.27 per hour, depending on experience and performance. Additionally, for the right candidates, there are opportunities for progression to machine operating roles and potential permanent positions.
