Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join our busy and expanding infrastructure team, based out of our London office, supporting our clients deliver a range of rail projects and programmes across London and the south east. This role will suit individuals from a rail background with proven experience in post contract, heavy civils and stations works. Any other rail systems experience would also be an advantage.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified and MRICS
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Inquisitive and problem solving skill base
* NEC contract knowledge and experience, particularly Option C
* Demonstrable cost management experience
* Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel
* Proven experience preferably in a similar role
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multi disciplined programme team environment
