About the Role
As a Senior Buyer, you will lead procurement activities, focusing on strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and stock control. Your expertise will directly impact the company’s operational success by ensuring optimal purchasing performance and supply chain efficiency.
This role is ideal for an experienced Buyer from an FMCG or distribution background who is ready to take on greater responsibility and drive meaningful business improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Management
* Source goods and services at the best value and quality.
* Ensure timely delivery to support business operations.
* Maintain accurate supplier and product records in the ERP system (OrderWise).
* Foster strong relationships with key suppliers to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Identify new suppliers and support product introduction initiatives.
* Conduct supplier reviews and performance evaluations.
Stock Control
* Oversee stock replenishment and inventory management.
* Conduct regular stock checks and product location audits.
