What You Will Do
Hitachi Cooling and Heating Solutions UK & IRE are focusing on business growth and seeking a sales manager to develop long-term trusting relationships with customers. This involves building close relationships with trusted distribution partners and their clients. The primary role is to drive sales of our product portfolio, with a strong emphasis on RAC, PAC, and residential & commercial heating systems.
This is a national role covering from Brighton to Derby. The candidate should be prepared to travel to ensure regional coverage for the company.

How You Will Do It
* Serve as the main contact for customer account management
* Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
* Provide design and application advice promoting energy-efficient solutions
* Negotiate contracts and close projects to maximize profits
* Identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement
* Forecast and monitor key account metrics via Salesforce
* Proactively introduce our product portfolio to aid client decision-making
* Present features and benefits of our products, CPDs, and relevant legislation to customers
Required Skills and Experience
* At least 4 years of technical experience in HVAC (knowledge of Hitachi HVAC or competitors is preferable)
* Design and application experience in air conditioning, chillers, heating, and control systems
* Knowledge of current legislation
* Experience presenting via PowerPoint and conducting system training
* Technical competence in system design
* Ability to multitask multiple client requests effectively
