About Us: Alwoodley Medical Centre is a training practice of about 19500+ patients. We are very forward thinking and have spent the past few years developing the team, both clinical and non-clinical to deliver a great service. We are part of Leeds North Central PCN and are a single site practice. We are proud to be rated by the CQC as a GOOD practice, and we are committed to delivering the type of general practice expected by our patient population.
We have a great mix of clinical staff working at our surgery including 7 partners, 10 salaried GPs, a team of Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants. We also have FY2 doctors and Registrars. We have a great administration team led by our Patient Services Manager and Operations Manager. We are very proud of what we have achieved and what we currently deliver but we now want a new Practice Business Manager to start and take the practice to the next level. This position would suit someone who is currently running a smaller practice and wanting to step up to a bigger role or perhaps someone with a business background, who is not from General Practice and looking for a career move.
