Location: Croydon 4 days a week on-site, 1 day from home
Salary: circa £100K + bonus + Private Medical Care and benefits

As the Group Head of HR, you will be at the heart of our transformation journey, working closely with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance and organisational effectiveness. You will be the trusted advisor and consultant to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters and organisational development.
What You'll Do
* Lead Transformation: Guide the company through its transformation phase, focusing on boosting financial performance and operational efficiency.
* Enhance Employee Engagement: Develop and implement innovative strategies to boost employee engagement, retention, and development.
* Drive Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication across the organisation.
* Shape Values and Vision: Spearhead the development and implementation of new organisational values and vision, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
* Oversee HR Operations: Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Provide Strategic Leadership: Offer strategic direction and leadership for all HR functions, aligning HR initiatives with the company's goals and objectives.
* Support the Executive Team: Assist in the creation and development of the executive team, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive the company's success.
