Job Vacancy: Customer Service Tutor Assessor Location: Bangor Job Type: Part-Time Permanent Hours: 15 per week (2 days) Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum (pro-rata) ROLE OVERVIEW We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Tutor Assessor to join our team in Bangor. The successful candidate will deliver up to Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service to st udents studying on the ApprenticeshipsNI and Skills for Life and Work training programmes. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the customer service; and possess the motivation and commitment to see our students succeed on their programme of study. Ideally, they will have good mentoring skills and sound knowledge of working with awarding bodies and delivering qualifications.
