Job Title: Customer Team Leader
Location: 63 - 65 Canada Way, Lower Wick, Worcester
Pay: £13.32 per hour
Contract: Permanent, part-time (16 hours/week + regular overtime)
Working Pattern: Varied shifts over 7 days (early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a friendly team providing excellent customer service and managing the store floor
* Develop and coach team members, promoting an inclusive culture
* Maintain a safe and compliant store environment
* Manage stock accuracy and diligence checks for a smooth shopping experience
* Support the Store Manager and handle HR processes as needed
* Introduce new products and services, encouraging open feedback from the team
* Foster relationships with the local community and support the Co-op's community plan

* The ability to balance leading and supporting your team, as well as working on the shop floor
* Excellent people skills and a strong ability to build positive relationships
