Job Title: Operations Manager - Luxury Hospitality Group - London
Salary: Up to £50,000 + bonus

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in guest experience. This role is for a luxury hospitality group, and they are looking for someone who will manage the guest experience along with planning and developing an operational strategy to create a unique experience.
About the position
1. Lead and manage the operations team to ensure seamless guest experiences
2. Curate a fantastic guest experience along with managing the event bookings
3. Complete purchase orders and manage contracts
4. Create and manage itineraries
5. Budget and plan expenditures
6. Liaise with all departments
7. Train and develop the team
8. Manage the H&S for the department
9. Act as an ambassador for the brand
The successful candidate
1. Proven experience as an Operations Manager, or similar role in a luxury environment
2. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving excellence.
3. Extensive knowledge of hospitality industry trends.
4. Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles.
