Job Responsibilities and Requirements
1. Minimum 5 yrs hands-on experience as deskside/Onsite support/local IT engineer
2. Basic understanding of Audio/Video equipment and conference room setup
3. Experience in providing hands & feet support for Network and Datacenter Equipment/Devices
4. Strong Microsoft Operating System installation (Win 7 & Win 10) and troubleshooting skills
5. Strong experience in troubleshooting MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
6. Strong desktop support knowledge including hardware, software, and networking concepts
7. Strong skills in Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks, Printers, and Handhelds
8. User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, and Distribution lists
9. Remote desktop connectivity applications like SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools
10. Troubleshoot and assist end users with mobile device setup, activations, and performance issues
11. Hands-on experience with ITSM tools like Service Now
12. A+ Certified or Equivalent Certification
13. Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
14. Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio)
15. Should have great customer handling skills
