Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to join our expanding network of teaching staff across Darlington. We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants who are passionate in supporting children’s learning to work in our partner schools either on a day to day basis. We also have the opportunity to join us as ad hoc supply staff for those looking for something more flexible Key Responsibilities: • Provide support to students on a 1:1 basis and in group settings. • Assist the class teacher with daily duties and classroom management. • Assess student progress and development and liase with teacher and parents to ensure effective communication. • Help to implement educational plans and strategies tailored to individual students needs. • Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
