In this exciting and varied role, you will be business partnering with Director level stakeholders and their broader teams.
As an HR Business Partner, you'll support the delivery of strategic and operational people plans, be an ambassador for our brand and employee value proposition (EVP) culture bringing our HR strategy "to be the best place to work" to life. You'll act as a change agent, influencing relationships, coaching business managers, and creating strong communication channels with stakeholders. You will support Senior HRBPs on organisational change, design, and structure, and provide HR support on relevant initiatives, utilizing Centres of Expertise (CofE) and other diverse groups.
With a passion for collaboration and professional growth, you will be involved in a variety of activities including facilitating the delivery of talent management and reward actions, ensuring outcomes are delivered in line with business objectives. Additionally, you'll collaborate with ER Business Partners to ensure complex ER issues are managed in line with best practice, and collate and share data and management information to provide insight into performance and trends. Balancing compassion and commercial behaviours to drive ongoing improvement in our employee engagement activities and retention through the development and implementation of action plans will also be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities.
If you're an experienced HR generalist with excellent stakeholder management skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to inspire and drive engagement, we want you on our team! You will already have or be working towards your CIPD level 5 or 7. You should be able to use your skills to build rapport and trust across a diverse team, pull people together to support projects, and demonstrate curiosity and a growth mindset with the ability to question and challenge others to get to the root of people and business issues. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and confidence in written and verbal communications are essential.
