This charity has launched a new service supporting individuals within the criminal justice systemboth those serving custodial sentences in prison and those released through probation trusts.
You will be based at the charitys Luton project for 23 days a week. On the remaining days, you will travel to meet your team of nine staff, who are based across HMP The Mount, HMP Highpoint, HMP Chelmsford and Basildon Probation Trust.
Your team delivers one-to-one support to clients across key areas such as housing, resettlement, wellbeing, healthcare, employability, and education, assisting them both pre- and post-releasewhether in probation or prison.
You will ensure all performance, MI, quality and compliance requirements are achieved and the service is making a difference.
To apply, you must have experience managing teams delivering similar services within the criminal justice system or supporting vulnerable client groups. This could include roles in probation, supported housing, hostels, custody management, mental health services, or employment support. You may have worked as a probation manager, supported housing manager, custody manager, service manager, mental health manager, or employment support manager, or held a similar leadership role.
