Job Opportunity: Workshop Engineer

Main Purpose
To aid the Workshop Team in delivering defect-free products and services efficiently, while fostering a safe work environment and upholding ISO quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Health, Safety & Quality: Promote safe practices, adhere to HSE policies, and ensure ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 compliance.
* Team Leadership: Promote high standards of work and good practice.
* Customer Focus: Maintain strong communication with customers and partners, ensuring service meets warranty and quality standards.
* Operational Excellence: Prioritise tasks, maintain high housekeeping standards, and identify ways to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in mechanical and electrical analytical and diagnostic skills
* Technical experience across a broad range of large diesel engine and transmissions and an in depth workshop or technical environments.
* IOSH or similar safety certification.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
