Purpose
The successful candidate will be supporting vulnerable adults with a disability to provide grounds maintenance support at South Essex Crematorium. Self motivator, able to provide care and support at work to our client groups. Encourage empowerment and development, creating a safe work space for personal growth and independence through practical onsite learning.
Essential:
You will have:
1. Working towards (or willingness to work towards) NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
2. Good working knowledge of computer software packages particularly those in the Microsoft Suite i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook
3. Working towards or willingness to work towards Health & Social Care Level 2 and TSI (Training in Systematic Instruction)
4. Working within a developmental role, supporting people with the aim of achieving personal outcomes
