Fueled by our exponential growth and market demand, we are seeking two ambitious, strategic, and results-driven Senior Account Executives with expertise in Enterprise SaaS Sales and a consultative sales approach to join our commercial team. You will develop compelling account win plans, build lasting relationships with diverse construction, real estate, and data center stakeholder groups, and close enterprise deals with agility. You'll manage the entire sales process from start to finish and deliver significant value for our fast-growing global customer base.

What you’ll do:
1. Manage the entire sales cycle—from research, lead generation, and discovery calls to actively qualifying and closing enterprise deals (hunt & close).
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic contacts, buyers, and users to retain and grow existing revenue, and to identify and close new opportunities.
3. Proactively generate leads through cold calls, emails, events, site visits, etc., and develop accounts through discovery calls, sales presentations, demos, proposals, etc.
4. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting and managing progress to hit your sales targets.
5. Develop and update account win-plans, sales collaterals, pricing/business models, proposals, RFP responses, etc. ensuring that accounts are advanced properly and prospects have an up-to-date knowledge of functionalities, value, and roadmap.
6. Keep account plans up to date and maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM, meeting your sales KPIs.
7. Continuously promote the Contilio brand and work with the rest of the commercial team to provide value-driven support to our customers and to create upsell opportunities.
8. International travel to engage with different customers and prospects.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (enterprise, multi-stakeholder, consultative) in ConTech, PropTech, Industrial AI, or other related fields.
2. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
3. Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial skills, enabling you to wear different hats and comfortably structure and work with complex documents, topics, and environments.
4. Results-driven with a history of consistently hitting and exceeding your annual targets (min £300k).
5. Exceptional communication (both written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and presenting to cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups.
6. Ability to demo Contilio’s product, articulate its value proposition, and explain technical concepts to diverse buyer groups, including engineers, project managers, digital transformation teams, executives.
7. Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot), Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT (for structured research).
8. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, commerce, or related fields.
Any of the following is a plus:
1. Prior experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, energy, mining, industrial AI, or in management consultancy.
2. Fluency in a second language, including Spanish, German, French, or Arabic.
3. An established network within the construction, real estate, or data center industry (EMEA).
4. Experience with Apollo and advanced G-Suite capabilities.
5. A history of excellence and a passion for challenging yourself.
