About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Newham. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students in a vibrant and inclusive school environment. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of education during teacher absences, ensuring that students in Newham stay on track and engaged in their learning.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring students in Newham follow the planned curriculum.
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment as a Cover Supervisor, promoting good behaviour and engagement.
* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
* Support students' learning and development by addressing questions and offering guidance where appropriate.
* Work collaboratively with staff to contribute to the smooth running of the school in Newham.

About You:

1. Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or working with young people in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
2. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
