An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for one of the UK's leading FMCG companies. A true market leader within their field, they provide the highest quality products.
This company is a highly successful business with a group turnover approaching £2 billion. As a company, they have experienced huge organic growth but have also acquired other brands over the years. They produce more than 160 million units per year across 600 different product lines for huge retail brands.

Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking for a Shift Team Leader.
This role would suit an existing leader or someone that has recently taken on extra responsibilities as a maintenance engineer.
Responsibilities:
* Supervising a team of 3 engineers
* Scheduling planned preventative maintenance
* Mentoring and developing team members
* Ensuring your team is in the best position to carry out their work effectively
* Reactive and planned maintenance
* Fault finding on electrical and mechanical components
* Replacing parts like for like
* Ensuring permits to work are in place and adhered to for safety
Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this Engineering Shift Team Leader position must have the following skills, abilities, or qualifications:
* Recognised electrical or mechanical qualification (apprenticeship, NVQ level 3, BTEC, ONC, C&G, HNC, HND)
* Ability to fault find with a multimeter and swap out components
* Experience working within an FMCG, Food, or manufacturing environment is desirable but other backgrounds will be considered
* A positive can-do attitude
