An established Main Contractor is looking to bring in an additional Design Manager to their team to help with workload and an increase in pipeline.
The role is to work on a range of projects including Schools, Care Homes, Student Accommodation up to the values of £85 million.
They are happy to consider both a Design Manager with several years experience working for a Main Contractor or a Design Coordinator who is ready to take the step up!
They have a strong pipeline of work coming up so are in a great position heading into 2025...
