A bit about the job: As a Sales Support Consultant within Aviva's PMI division, you will play a vital role in supporting our Brokers and helping them understand and sell our PMI products. You will handle queries through various channels such as email, phone, and live chat, ensuring our broker community receives top-notch service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing a central mailbox, owning queries, and providing expert advice to Brokers. With full training provided, you'll become a go-to resource for all things PMI. Skills and experience we're looking for: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport easily. Strong communication skills, particularly in professional email correspondence. Organisational and administrative skills to manage multiple queries effectively. Ability to show empathy and understand the needs of customers and colleagues. Interest in the Private Medical Insurance sector; prior experience is a plus, but not essential.
