Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Onboarding Administrator to support with exciting growth within the business! This position is working as part of the HR & Recruitment team to provide a consistent and high-quality end-to-end onboarding experience for prospective new colleagues. You will be taking ownership of the whole Recruitment administration process and be expected to implement new and efficient ways of working. You will be the first point of contact for all Recruitment & Onboarding administration queries and ensuring all databases and spreadsheets are updated accurately to monitor progress. As an onboarding administrator, you will be expected to accurately carry out Right to work checks, DBS/ID Checks, and Reference checks while following safer recruitment policies and procedures.
For this role, previous onboarding experience and a demonstrable understanding of basic HR practices would be essential. Alongside being confident with accurately inputting data into several databases and updating electronic records, you should have experience prioritising workloads to meet deadlines.
