Job Description
* Leading a team of planning officers to ensure project objectives are met.
* Developing and implementing project plans and strategies.
* Managing the planning process for large construction projects.

* Liaising with stakeholders, including government bodies and contractors.
* Overseeing project budgets and resources.
The Successful Applicant
* A degree in a relevant field such as Construction, Engineering or Project Management.
* Involvement in planning and managing large construction projects.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
* Excellent knowledge of construction regulations and standards.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
