As the Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding support to the sales team while ensuring a smooth experience for customers. You will serve as an essential connection between the sales department and customers, aiding with enquiries, processing orders, and keeping precise records. Respond to enquiries from wholesale, trade and retail customers and provide product information via phone, email, and in-person Generating quotes, advising of lead times. Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
