Page Group are working exclusively with a growing business in the Media & Marketing space who support clients across the UK. The role of Head of Client Operations will be the link between the clients and operations, and will ensure client support in provided at all times, providing a world class service
Description
1. Process Improvement - Undertake a thorough and in-depth review of existing process with a view to drive continuous and process improvement through gap analysis and process mapping. Create a standardised and consistent approach across the wider group, communicating changes effectively with key stakeholders
2. Relationship Management - Forge and build Strong working relationships with B2B clients across the UK through regular meeting and communication, driving client growth, client retention and satisfaction where possible
3. Customer Onbaording - On board new clients and campaigns effectively through clear and transparent communications
4. Data Anayltics - Provide analytic insight to clients around performance, using all MI and data streams available, constantly creating, reviewing and presenting new data on varying areas.
