Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients, serving a key point of contact for digital initiatives. Help to develop campaigns tailored to each client’s needs, collaborating with internal teams to develop detailed campaign plans, timelines, and budgets. Suggest creative and impactful rewards that align with the client's budget and meet the demographic of their workforce. Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels: social media, paid social media, display advertising, email marketing, and more. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness. Supporting to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations. Manipulate and sort data from raw spreadsheets to input into CMS Examine data for inconsistencies and manipulate to export results – relatively large scale Data analysis of the deliverable activity – to include statistic comparisons and reporting into well documented PowerPoint presentations for client use and Data manipulation and reporting on various campaigns and incentives. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing clear and insightful analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for future campaigns and improvements. Support with upselling opportunities within existing accounts by understanding clients' evolving needs and proposing additional campaigns/services. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our services and provide valuable insights to clients. Skills Required: Either a BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or proven experience in digital marketing, account management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, websites Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Data-driven and analytical and proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
