Quantity Surveyor We are currently seeking an Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency and project profitability. Tender Preparation: Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and procurement plans. Cost Control:Implement effective cost control measures to manage expenses and avoid budget overruns. Valuation: Conduct accurate valuations of ongoing work and ensure timely payment applications. Risk Management:Identify and manage potential financial risks associated with construction projects. Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on project costs, financial status, and variances for stakeholders. Essential Skills/Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum Experience:3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Familiar with ROI Public Works Contracts. Technical Proficiency:Strong knowledge of construction cost estimating software and tools. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and numerical skills to assess and manage project costs effectively. Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with team members, contractors, and clients.
