An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our sales-focused, dynamic company. The position is to be at the forefront of a revolutionary new product which will be launched into the Compressed Air Market.
To be considered for this role, you must be sales driven, hungry for success, resilient and able to:
1. Work through a provided contact target list within defined industry sectors, generating interest by phone, for the product which ultimately results in a sale.
2. In some cases, further product representation will be necessary resulting in the ability to make appointments for regional sales staff.
3. Possess the ability to communicate at varying levels of personnel positions within companies both large and small.
4. Have the initiative to find, research and understand new industries and applications for the product.
5. Oversee the progress of Internal Helpdesk Tickets.
The role is suited to an enthusiastic and positive-minded individual who is organised, proactive and self-motivated. Candidates will have to possess:
1. A passion for sales.
2. A huge drive to succeed.
3. Ability to absorb and learn.
4. Extremely good listening skills to be able to decipher problems the customer may be experiencing.
5. Skilled negotiator.
6. Ability/skills to break down any objections given.
7. Strong internal and external communication and telephone skills.
8. A passionate flexible working attitude to meet targets, deadlines, customer expectations and be determined to be successful at launching the new product.
9. To build strong relationships with customers, B2B Sales.
10. Enjoy working as a collaborative team in a busy, lively, friendly and sales-driven environment.

12. Be organised and have time management skills.
13. Follow process, updating a database with information captured.
Salary is £17,000 - £20,000 (Depending on experience) with an uncapped commission structure.
