The positions will suit a person already with accountancy or bookkeeping experience.
Job description
The job advertised is for an experienced book-keeper or qualified or part-qualified accountant or internal auditor that will be able to join our growing team.
Successful candidates should have experience in several of the following duties:
1. Prepare accounts for companies, partnerships and sole traders
2. Financial, statutory and management accounts production
3. Providing a broad spectrum of services to the firm’s client portfolio
4. Prepare Company and personal tax returns
5. Communicate with clients effectively to obtain information to perform the above duties
6. Bookkeeping for a number of clients including VAT/CIS/Payroll
7. Familiar with IT systems, Microsoft, Taz, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, Iris
Entry requirements
Candidates will be expected to have a minimum of two years’ experience working in public practice or an established bookkeeping position.
Candidates should:
* Have excellent communication and numerical skills
* Pay attention to detail while performing their duties and possess good computer skills
* Be an excellent team player as well as being able to work independently
* Show willingness and enthusiasm in their work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £48,000.00 per year
