Customer Team Leader
Location: 2-6 Selsmore Road, Hayling Island, PO11 9LB
Pay: £13.65 per hour
Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: Shifts from 6am (store opening), including Mondays and weekends

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.
We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll help lead the store team, coaching and supervising team members, deputising for the Store Manager, and performing various store tasks like re-stocking and cleaning.
