We’re looking for a passionate HR Advisor to join our team, working full-time (40 hours per week). This hybrid role will involve both remote work and in-person collaboration at our head office in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, with some travel to sites across the UK.
In this role, you will manage employee relations cases, provide generalist HR advice, and be involved in people projects, policy development, and employee wellbeing strategies.

The Ideal Candidate
You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in providing employee relations advice to line managers, with a strong understanding of UK employment law.
* A CIPD qualification (Level 3 minimum; Level 5 or above preferred).
* The ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
