They are now seeking an experienced Insolvency and Restructuring Solicitor (likely 2 PQE with no upper limit) to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Insolvency Solicitor to work within a leading law firm, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Key Responsibilities: Advising and representing clients (both individuals and businesses) on all aspects of insolvency and restructuring matters, including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements. Providing legal counsel on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency issues. Collaborating with insolvency practitioners, lenders, creditors, and other stakeholders. Handling complex restructuring cases, working closely with clients to guide them through the process and develop effective solutions. Drafting and negotiating documents related to insolvency and restructuring. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Requirements: Insolvency/Restructuring Solicitor likely 2-5 years PQE, although those with more PQE will also be considered. Experience in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency work. Strong technical knowledge of insolvency law and procedures. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Proven ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse caseload. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in helping businesses and individuals in financial distress.
