The Role: Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Overseeing and managing the customer services experience of a leading ecommerce seller. Complaint investigation and root cause analysis Managing all facets of the customer services infrastructure alongside team managers Function as point of contact to recognise, address and mentor training issues Provide ongoing training and support to team members Act as senior point of contact for complex cases Managing customer expectations and acting as senior authority Management reporting, monitoring KPIs and service level data Experience and Skill Set Experience in customer service and order processing management. Previous office management of customer service experience is essential Strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Sage 200 desirable, though not essential. Interested?
