Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guide at EE, located in Edmonton Green. The Guide will assist customers in finding solutions to their mobile and fixed communications needs. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating products, answering queries, managing customer accounts, and handling transactions. The Guide will also help with troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring that customers have a positive experience with EE services.
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to demonstrate and explain products effectively
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Experience in handling transactions and managing customer accounts
* Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales or Customer Service are beneficial
